As ACI’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Leibrock oversees the company’s global financial strategy and operations, helping to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and create long-term value.
Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Leibrock served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at Red Hat, a leader in open hybrid cloud technology. Prior to Red Hat, he spent nearly 20 years at IBM in senior roles across the CFO and Software organizations, most recently serving as Corporate Assistant Controller. Earlier in his IBM career, he held financial leadership positions spanning security and automation software, cloud platform, global technology services, and the mainframe business.
Mr. Leibrock holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
